My experience in HOSA!
I have competed in HOSA competitions many times and I wasn't let down. My sophomore year I competed in Public Service Announcement with 3 other people, and even though I had to leave a day early for softball, it was still extremely fun. My Junior year was my favorite year! I participated in Public Health and had the time of my life. That was the first year that I was in a competition that had to go through regionals first. Regionals was very nerve wracking at first, but after we competed we realized that we had a lot of fun. We placed fifth at regionals which allowed us to advance to State Leadership Conference (SLC). This was also the first year that the conference was in Chattanooga. The least I can say was that it was an absolute blast! Our group bonded so much, while also working on our competition. One of my best friends was created there and many friendships that will last forever. I am so thankful that my advisors introduced me to this club and I look forward to my senior year.
